Cape Krilyon is the southernmost point of the Krilyon peninsula and the entire Sakhalin island.
The name was given in honor of the French commander Louis-Balbes de Krilyon by the great French explorer Jean-Francois de La Perouse.
In 1883, a lighthouse was built at Cape Krilyon. On the way to the cape, we will see amazing locations such as capes and a few noticeable bays. One of the most interesting locations is Cape Kuznetsova, which has a wonderful panoramic view from the sea.
