ONLY 23 KM FROM YUZHNO SAKHALINSK THERE IS ONE OF THE LARGEST MUD VOLCANOES IN RUSSIA.

 

It consists of mud craters that periodically erupt healing mud. The water here contains many healing impurities, and the phenomenon itself is very unusual, because mud volcanoes in Russia can be found mainly on the Taman Peninsula and Sakhalin.

11:00 - Hiking through the Japanese Tunnels

12:00 - Arrival at the mud volcano. Walk through the area.
